That is the total number of people allowed on the lease, regardless of age and whether or not they are hunting. All must be listed on the lease agreement. If it is a 6-person lease, then 6 individuals can be on the property. Not 5 guys this week and then 4 different guys next week. If they aren’t listed, they are trespassers and not covered by the liability insurance.

This management technique is mainly to maintain game populations and ensure that these properties are quality hunting opportunities for years to come. Our landowners contract with us because we give them control of who enters their property instead of countless club members that don’t become familiar with the property. More hunting pressure = less success. We want our lessees to come back.
