When does the lease start?

Your hunting lease begins when you make a commitment by placing a non-refundable $399 deposit on the property and it runs for 1 year from that date, unless specified otherwise. It is yours to hunt upon receipt of a signed lease along with payment in full, which is due no more than 7 days after the deposit was made. If payment in full is not received in 7 calendar days, your deposit is forfeited, and the property will be made available. Keep in mind that if the property doesn’t fit the description in your opinion, that is not a reason for a refund. Inspect the property first if you are not willing to lose your deposit. Deposit amounts are subject to change without notice.
