We recommend mailing with UPS or Federal Express using guaranteed delivery with no signature required. Please note that US Postal Service’s Priority Mail service DOES NOT GUARANTEE delivery by a specific date and time. Regardless of how you send it, make sure you can track it.  If payment is not received by the due date, you risk losing your deposit and/or lease.
