Since 1999, Base Camp Leasing has been connecting hunters with landowners throughout the Midwest. Steve Meng, the founder of Base Camp Leasing, Inc., moved away from his home state of Kansas to begin a career as a commodities broker within the Farm Co-operative system. An avid outdoorsman growing up, he had difficulty finding a place to continue his passion of whitetail deer hunting in his new location.

From those struggles, Base Camp Leasing was formed and continues today providing timely, exceptional customer service in facilitating annual hunting leases between hunters and property owners. Our core values of stewardship, timeliness, accountability and compliance provide our hunters with DIY hunting opportunities. No guides, no tips, just hunting!

Base Camp Leasing takes pride in connecting quality landowners and quality land with quality hunters through a process that’s friendly to all parties. This approach has helped us build a business that now offers leases in 22 states and continues to grow at impressive double-digit rates.

If you take great pride in preserving the tradition of hunting and stewardship of the environment, JOIN OUR TEAM! We are always looking for enthusiastic team members to grow with our company and support our valued customers.
