How do I get directions and permission to inspect the property before leasing?

Once you have a premium membership, login and then click on “driving directions/permission” under the property you wish to visit. A popup with driving directions and the pemission slip to inspect will appear, and an email will be sent to you with the same information.

If someone needs to be notified prior to inspection, it will be noted. Otherwise, this is all you need to make a personal inspection. Print it, along with a copy of the aerial photo, and take it along with you to help distinguish the boundaries. Permission to inspect is good for one week.
