What happens if I lease a property and don’t draw a tag or can’t utilize the property?

All leases are final. If you place a deposit and make the final payment on any property that is your lease. If you don’t draw a tag or just don’t get time to make it to the lease it is still yours. No refunds are issued for these reasons.

  Hi Craig, the deposit is nonrefundable so no you would not get that back.
