The terrain is flat, making the property easy to navigate.  The Leasing Agent’s family farm is not far from this lease.  Many area landowners manage grounds for quality deer. Photos are included of the deer harvested on Leasing Agent’s place last year, along with photos of some survivors to give you an idea of what you can expect to see if you let them grow. Landowner reported that a 10pt and 11pt were harvested last year on this farm. The turkey population on this parcel is solid; spring gobbler hunting will be a blast. The cut cornfields are frequented by thousands of Snow Geese and Canada Geese. Decoying geese will be fantastic! Their vast numbers have caused significant damage to crops in the area. Spring Snow Goose limits are very liberal and electronic calls are legal. Landowner request that decoy spreads not damage crop fields / new seeding. If in doubt, please consult with landowner before deploying decoys. Respectful ATV use will be allowed for game recovery. There is a well established roadway through the center of the property. This is an absolutely gorgeous farm. Get this property locked in before hunting season.MORE INFO.
